Mobile/Modular Treatment Systems

Mobile Treatment Systems

Mobile/Modular Treatment SystemsOur mobile plants can handle  a range of flows from 5 EP right through to 150EP (EP= Equivalent Persons). All systems are complete turnkey arrangements that include pump stations, rising main, treatment plant and spray irrigation disposal - including fencing and signage. We also take care of the Dept of Health and local shire approvals.

The systems are designed around standard 20ft and 40ft containers making it easy to move them around, and shorter lead times.

These systems can also be customised to suit any of you requirements, and include ancillary equipment like lighting towers, remote monitoring and duty/standby pump arrangements.

These systems are designed to cater for fly camps, exploration villages and construction camps. We offer all levels of treatment in the units from a standard Class C effluent through to Class A effluent.

The other benefit of these systems is that it can also be added to increase your camp capacity by just plugging another module in place.ie: growing a camp from 150 people to 300 people, then again from 300 to 450 people and so on is a simple task.

Mobile/Modular Treatment SystemsThe units are a "plug and play" style requiring only a connection from the effluent storage sump prior and the connection from the irrigation outlet connection to the spray irrigation network. This is an advanced form of wastewater treatment supplied in a simplistic format for the budget conscious and minimal mechanical and maintenance interference. The unit is a custom engineered design able to handle the peak flows associated with work and mining camps and produces a minimum class C effluent level.

The system is constructed from Corten steel maximising integrity to the container structure and ensuring a robust, reliable and a long life system in a constant movement situation.

The system is coated internally by an epoxy 2 pak painting system that is chemical resistant and consistently used in harsh marine environments.

All mobile systems are available for short or long time hire.
